Got a little creative today with a pork tenderloin roast in the crockpot. I put fresh rosemary from my garden and frozen peaches that I had done last week on top. Well, for me that's creative. Stuck a carrot and some onions in too. We'll have sweet potatoes and applesauce too.
I am loving peaches right now. The white ones are the bomb. Peach milkshakes, peach pancakes, what else can I make?
I stayed home from the shop today while Jack went in...it's not very busy on Mondays at all. He takes his laptop in and does his paperwork while he's sitting waiting for customers. I got to change my sheets, paint something in the yard, recover a cushion, list a couple things on Ebay, do errands, even stop and talked to a friend who just opened a new business in Lugoff called "Executive Secretary".
Tillie the dog chilled out last night after another dose of Benydryl, but there were NO post 4th of July fireworks in the neighboorhood last night, very strange. Maybe people didn't buy as many this year.
Don't know if you remember me talking about a cactus in my yard that is near the street. Some boys kicked it down the street a while ago. Well, it started growing again....it actually grew back about 6" this Spring. So, it got kicked again! It's broke off again and I am ticked. Why do people have to be so mean? I'm going to put a little fence around it if it starts to grow again.
